Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in Federal grants. Grants.gov is the single access point for over 1000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant-making agencies. The US Department of Health and Human Services is the managing partner for Grants.gov, an initiative that is having an unparalleled impact on the grant community

The Office of Research has prepared a Grants.gov orientation page with links to download the necessary software, detailed instruction on installation, and help with special system configurations.
Please note that Grants.gov operates in a Windows-only environment.
PC users need only download the Pure-edge Viewer to complete grant application packages.
A cross platform solution is scheduled to be completed by Nov. 2006 and until thenMac users will need:
- OS X Version 10.1 or higher
- The Citrix ICA Client 7.00.407 (The University of Wisconsin has created a single preconfigured package)
